How the stats work

For starters, let's look at some basic information. Keep in mind stats are OPTIONAL, meaning you are not forced to use them.
You get three actions each turn.
Of these three actions, you can attack, defend, dodge, use an item or heal.
The person with the highest speed always goes first.
If you run into problems, you may pm a staff member to assist you.
Keep in mind you do not have to use stats and you can opt out at any time but if you do, you will have to start where you left off. We will not go back and count old threads to give you levels.
HP
HP, or hit points, is determined by your total stats. When you first join the site, your total will be 25.
Attack + Defense + Mental + Speed= HP
Attacking
The damage you do is determined by either your strength or your Mental stat depending on what kind of attack you use. Different abilities will be rated 1-5 by staff when you apply for them. This number will then be added to the attack stat to determine your damage.
Strength + Skill = Damage
Mental + Skill = Damage
Defending
If you chose to defend, your opponent's attack will be subtracted from your defense.
Defense- (Attack + Skill) = Total Damage Taken
Dodging
If you decide to dodge, your speed stat and your opponent's speed stats are matched up. Who ever has the higher speed stat will win this.
Heal
Healing abilities, like any other, are measured on the 1-5 scale. Just like attacks, you add the number to your Mental Stat.
Mental + Skill = Healed HP

Heal- A type of skill that restore hp according to your mental stat.

Defense- the stat that determines how hard your opponent hits when you brace yourself for an attack.
