Social Disorders and Mental Illnesses: She has abandonment issues so she normally tried not to get to close to people. She also has a case of survivor's guilt despite being an unsent.
Relationships: Family-Her parents died when she was about ten, both priests traveling to Killika. From there the Yevon priests raised her. They never had the best of relationships.
Friends- She got along with other people but never got too close to anyone. She played alone as a kid until people made her interact with others.
Admiration- Braska was always a step ahead and a little older, she saw him as an older brother and tried to follow in his footsteps until she got older and wanted to be ahead for once. She had a crush on Auron and was devastated when he became Braska's guardian. This caused her to deny any and all offers to be her guardian. She never said a word and never held it against them.
Star Sign: Aquarius- this sign manifests itself in her desire to be the first to do something amazing like defeat sin for a final time or to revive the dead fully back to life.
Other Divination and Underlining Symbolism: Blue Fire- when she became angry as a child, her fire magic became a blue color. This blue symbolized the locked away emotion she hid from the world. As an adult, she has learned to harness this to make her flame magics more potent. She once became angry and tried to burn down the temple of Bevelle using this power and thus they named her the blue flame of Bevelle.
The number 2- Although always second, she does a lot of good for others. Small things like comforting a person or healing a scraped knee to large things like fighting off terrible people who seek to do others harm. She is always looking for new ways to press forward and doesn't let the setbacks she encounters prevent her progress.
Driving Forces: Her survivor's guilt and her multiple failures drive her to her goal of bringing back everyone's loved ones who died or sacrificed themselves because of sin.
Likes: Yevon's hope, tolerance, kindness, honesty, sweets
Dislikes: Yevon's oppression, death, loss, sin, sour food, being left behind, being ignored
Strange Quirks: Looks over her shoulder often. Closes her eyes and purses her lips when she is thinking.

Character History
Enzeru was born to two priests who were faithful Yevonites. She grew up in a loving and very spiritual household. As soon as she could speak she was being trained in the temple to become a summoner. The temple attempted to try something different with her when they say she had a talent for black magic and a small ability for healing. They tried to train her up to be a physical fighter as well but after an accident where she nearly lost her life, they scrapped the idea all together. Instead they worked her hard enough to get her up to speed with healing and summoning. This left her little time for friends.
During her training, her parents went on a pilgrimage of their own, not a summoner's pilgrimage but one of a priest, and their boat was lost at sea. Sin was blamed, naturally. The temple priests told her they were traveling to pray for her safety when she left on pilgrimage. This caused Enzeru to feel responsible for their deaths and go into a depression. After a while she stopped blaming herself and swore vengeance on Sin.
The young woman worked harder than before and gained her first aeon soon after another summoner, one she grew up around but never cared to try to be friends with, Braska. She admired his skill, but thought he was both foolish and brave for leaving on pilgrimage with a family at home. She later discovered his guardians were competent fighters and wished she herself had guardians. The summoner also learned that Braska had the swordsman Auron, a man Enzeru had come to admire in the few times she had seen him and the many times she heard stories of his travels. Hours after they had left on pilgrimage, she did as well. The difference was, she was alone. Although she wanted to have company on her journey, Enzeru could not bright it upon herself to ask anyone to risk their life for her or with her. The more she learned about Braska and his guardians from her eavesdropping and casual observance the more she wanted to beat them to Sin. Not just because she wanted to show them up, but because two of them had children at home and she didn't want to see any more kids lose their parents to Sin. Enzeru felt this was her burden to bear. She had no one, but these men had so much they would lose.
It was a long hard road, barely keeping a step behind the other summoner and his guardians by herself. However, she continued to refuse any offers by anyone looking to become a guardian. Near the end of her journey, Enzeru managed to pull ahead of them. She reached Yunalesca alone and was told she would have to turn back and find a guardian to become the new Sin. Angry that the founder of Yevon would suggest such a thing, she attacked and was struck down. Enzeru woke up a day later in an Albhed inn just in time to answer a call for a healer. She wasn't the best healer but was the only one in the inn. After she was told that Braska's guardian Auron had climbed down from Mt. Gagazet badly injured she grabbed a chocobo and ran it as hard as she could until they reached the home of the Ronso. By the time she reached there, it was too late. Braska had defeated Sin and Jecht had become Sin. The Ronso looked after her.
A couple years later Enzeru had mentally recovered enough to find strength in herself. This time her vendetta was against Yevon. She wanted to bring down the temples and bring together a team to fight Against Yunalesca and Yevon. She hated that she couldn't do it herself, but it was time that the truth was told and another way was found. But if she nor Auron could defeat Yunalesca on their own then it would take more, a lot more, strength. She decided her first temple would be a small one on an island with few people; Besaid. When she arrived there she learned that Braska's daughter had been sent here, of all places, and had talent to become a great summoner. Fearing the girl would get hurt in the crossfire, Enzeru left. She went straight to Bevelle and waited for the right time to strike the city.
Years passed and the mage never got the right chance. However, she began to hear rumors that Auron was alive and set out to look for him. If he could be alive then maybe there was a way to bring back others who had died. Instead of a vendetta of death, Enzeru decided she needed to instead seek life, to right the wrongs cause by Yevon. Those strong summoners and guardians whom were able to take down Sin in the past, gathered together, would make a perfect final defeat for Sin. Once again she found herself one step behind him, always having just missed him only to hear stories of his journey with Braska's daughter. It wasn't long before she learned that little Yuna had defeated Sin along with her guardians and was still alive, no one was sacrificed. She began to wonder if it was time to submit to the new generation. However, during a celebration in a bar, Enzeru began to hear whispers of a dress sphere that could bring back people who passed to the farplane. This sent her on a new journey. Now all she wanted to do was to bring people back and end the suffering of those who lost loved ones.
Roleplay Sample
It had been a few years since it happened. Sin had finally been defeated. Who would have thought that the daughter of the great summoner Enzeru had grown up with, admired, and failed to save, would be the one to get vengeance for her father's passing. It was a final defeat, a dream within a nightmare. The feeling that had been in the air since then was unusual; the people were happy and there had been a near constant celebration. Before the final battle, everyone had been on edge. People were still dieing for something stupid. It was far past time for all of that nonsense to end. At least, that is what Enzeru thought.
With a sigh, the dark haired woman poked at her empty pint. Having given up on destroying Yevon long ago, she was seeking purpose and direction. Yuna did the unthinkable, Braska paved the way, but what had she done? Failed. That's what she had done. Enzeru sulked at the truth of it all. Some amazing super summoner she turned out to be. She wanted more beer. Maybe she could wash away the shame with that.
Sticking her finger in the air, she called out. “Barkeeper, beer.” She slumped on one hand and waited as the barkeeper brought her a beer. It was a frothy pint and looked amazing. It didn't taste so great, but it was something to distract her from her troubles. As she was drinking it down, Enzeru overheard a curious thing.
“Yeah, it can bring them back. When I find it, I'll bring them all back. Everyone that died in Luca that day will return.”
“But isn't that the kind of dress sphere that only certain people can use?”
“So we'll kidnap some girl and have her use it.”
“That'll never work.”
Enzeru slammed her pint down on the counter and wheeled around. Forming a fireball in her hand, she approached the men who were speaking a little too loudly. Her eyes reflected the fire in a frightening way. Even for her height, she looked tall and menacing in this light.
“So you boys want to kidnap some poor girl and force her to do your bidding for you? Well, I'll have you both know that as long as I'm alive, I will thwart your every attempt. If you want to try that crap on someone, you can just try it on me.”
The partially drunk men scrambled out the door as everyone watched. They fell over each other a couple of times before they managed to get out. Enzeru laughed, thinking to herself how stupid the two of them were. Grinning, she returned to her seat, only to be approached by the bartender. He had a smirk on his face and it was obvious that he was trying to hide it.
“Miss, I got to hand it to ya, I've been wanting to get those two out of here for weeks. Lousy sphere hunters like them disgrace the name.”
“Sphere hunters?”
“People who hunt spheres. You used to be a summoner right? With a fire magic that strong you'd make a good sphere hunter. You just find spheres, keep some, sell the others. Garment grids are kind of a big deal these days, too. Some AlBhed kid managed to make it all work together.”
“Sphere hunter, huh? It's worth a shot, maybe I'll find that sphere they were talking about. There's someone I need to say something to and the farplane, well, it just feels like my words fall on deaf ears sometimes.”
“I hear ya. Tell ya what, you're in here so much, I'll help fund your start up.”
“Thanks, but I think I have it covered.”
“No, I insist, let me sponsor ya.”
“Alright, alright. Let's have some wine to celebrate, I'll need something to keep away a hangover anyway.”
